CAKE FLAVOURS

All my cakes are made fresh and from quality ingredients. Here is my selection of flavours with their recommended buttercreams and fillings. I can however amend these to your liking if so desired.

VANILLA SPONGE

Traditional Vanilla-Bean Sponge layered with either Vanilla-Bean Buttercream or Swiss Meringue Buttercream and filled with lashings of either Raspberry Jam, Three Berry Jam or Passionfruit-Curd​​

(can also be made Gluten-Free

CHOCOLATE MUD SPONGE

Rich Chocolate Mud Sponge made with real Dark Chocolate and layered with either Chocolate Buttercream, Swiss Meringue Buttercream or for a twist Banana Buttercream and filled with Chocolate Fudge Sauce

VANILLA RASPBERRY SPONGE

Traditional Vanilla-Bean Sponge mixed with Freeze Dried Raspberries and layered with either Vanilla-Bean Buttercream or Swiss Meringue Buttercream and filled with lashings of Raspberry Jam

LEMON SPONGE

Zesty Lemon Sponge layered with Lemon Buttercream and filled with tangy Lemon-Curd  

WHITE CHOCOLATE MUD SPONGE

Soft and moist White Chocolate Mud Sponge made with real White Chocolate and layered with White Chocolate Ganache and Three Berry Jam

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL SPONGE

Light Chocolate Sponge with Caramel undertones and layered with either Biscoff Buttercream or Caramel

Dulce De Leche Buttercream and filled with Salted Caramel Sauce

CHOCOLATE ALMOND SPONGE (GF)

Gluten-free Chocolate and Almond Sponge layered with either

Vanilla-Bean Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream or a healthy alternative of Choc Date Frosting

Note:

GF - Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the cakes are free from gluten where stated I cannot guarantee traces of these allergens in the kitchen. I will however endeavour to keep my surfaces free whilst baking. 

CAKE FINISHES

My cakes are completed with either a TRADITIONAL BUTTERCREAM or SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM of varying colours and styles.

 

Accompanying decorations can include chocolate drips, fresh fruit, sprinkles, chocolates, marshmallows, mini meringues, piped buttercream swirls or handmade fondant creations. I can also include fresh, dried or artificial flowers, card and acrylic cake toppers and decorations, chocolate covered foam balls, candles and personalised messaging to suit.
